When we see a feat of daring on television, the comment is often made, "Don't try this at home." As to what you're going to learn about in this chapter, I would say, "Don't try this at first." Only as you increase staff will you be able to do some of these things. Keep your eyes on the first priority goal: to get gang young men away from crime and violence and into a job. As you strive to eliminate any obstacle to his being a successful employee, each Hope Now youth will present you a series of problems to be solved.
